You will be responsible for content creation and management of Survey Expert products which may include application, blog and the website. You will collaborate closely with your Content Manager and will follow strict deadlines to keep our products live and updated. You should be familiar with online task management tools like Trello and Asana.

A Data Analyst plays a key position in Survey Expert’s business plan. You should be able to statistically analyse Survey Expert database to prepare meaningful reports. These can be characteristic distribution of responses based on users or anything else that will enlighten us! You also should be able to generate optimized algorithms for participant matching of surveys and how the system should iterate non-responding participants over remaining participants.

We love making beautiful and easy to use products, that’s why you will help us to design most beautiful user interfaces we have ever made. You will collaborate closely with back-end developers and UI Designers. You should be familiar with GIT and Asana. Javascript and Jquery is a must! You also should be able to write good documentations about how to use your code.

Rule No:1, Happy Customer = Happy Employee. That’s why we need you! You will be responsible for organising support team, making sure the ticket answerings are ensured in time and manage the content in knowledge base. You will work closely with Product Designer to forward feedbacks from customers. Survey Expert cooperates with ZenDesk, therefore experience with Zendesk is a must.
